TORONTO ARTISAN MARKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

• I understand I am entering into a binding legal agreement with Toronto Artisan Corp. doing business as (DBA) Toronto Artisan Market. 
• I understand that only handmade products, and original artworks are allowed at the Market. Selling retail, and factory made products at the Market will result in the immediate cancellation of my dates.
• I agree to only showcase and sell my work, and in the category approved in my application. 
• I agree to not share, lease, or transfer my booth. 
• I agree to pay a booth fee for a designated space at the Toronto Artisan Market for participating month(s).
• I understand and accept that booth fees are non-refundable. Vendors who cancel in writing 14 days or more prior to their market date will be given credit to be used toward another available date at the same location. Any cancellation by Toronto Artisan Market will result in booth fees being transferred to other available market dates. 
• I understand I must provide my own tent, tables, chairs and anything else needed for my booth display. I agree to use enough weights to secure my tent and ensure that it is safe. And I agree to not use stakes or pegs in lieu of weights/sandbags.
• I understand that driving into the park is prohibited.
• I understand that smoking at the Market by vendors, their staff and helpers, is also prohibited. This includes tobacco, cannabis as well as vaping or electric cigarettes. 
• I understand that Toronto Artisan Market is a Rain or Shine event, and I’m responsible for dealing with any inclement weather on the day of the Market. I assume all risks of loss or damage to my inventory and personal belongings.
• I acknowledge that the Market suggests I obtain exhibitor insurance to cover any losses I might suffer from participating at the Market.
• I agree and acknowledge that I will hold neither the City of Toronto, nor Toronto Artisan Corp. (DBA Toronto Artisan Market) and its directors, members, staff, volunteers, event partners and co-hosts liable or responsible for any loss or damage due to any reason including, but not limited to theft, breakage, vandalism, fire, water damage, and weather damage.
• I agree to abide by Toronto Artisan Market Exclusivity Agreement as stated on the Application form. 
• I understand and acknowledge that Toronto Artisan Market is an inclusive and safe place for everyone, and that aggressive behavior, bullying, harassment and abusive language of any kind towards staff members, volunteers, visitors, and other vendors will not be tolerated.
• I accept that these are the terms and conditions I agree to as a vendor at Toronto Artisan Market, and understand that Toronto Artisan Market reserves the right to cancel my current and future participation as a vendor for violating the Market terms and conditions as stated above.
